Who we are

Joining a camping community in the UK, such as the Roch Valley District Association (RVDA), offers a plethora of benefits for outdoor enthusiasts. Our community provides a platform to connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for exploring the great outdoors and creating lasting memories. Members can enjoy organized meets throughout the year, where they can socialize, exchange camping tips, and build friendships that extend beyond the campfire.

Being part of a camping community also opens doors to new camping locations, insider knowledge on the best spots to visit, and a sense of belonging to a supportive and welcoming group. Whether you are a seasoned camper or a beginner looking to embark on new adventures, joining a camping community in the UK enriches the overall camping experience and creates a sense of camaraderie that makes every trip more enjoyable.

Camping and Caravanning Club DA meets, like ours are an affordable form of camping. We regularly camp on defined farm rally fields, rally sites attached to official campsites or maybe sited adjacent to a village hall for an evening social ‘get together’, especially in the winter months.

We attempt to cater for members near and far, Lancashire, Cheshire etc. Our meets cover a variety of activities including family walks, visits to local places of interest, sports, fun & games on the field and, of course, sociable and often entertaining gatherings in the evenings.

Every weekend we camp, we aim to create an enjoyable and friendly atmosphere and I can assure everyone of a warm welcome on the field any meet.
